- check-in time on earlier than 15:00 pm on the arrival date
check-out time on later than 11:00 m on the departure - The displayed price does not include a cleaning fee of NIS 220 and additional
VAT for Israeli guests - Every customer who closes a stay at the hotel will be charged a deposit of NIS 1000 which will take up a credit limit and the end of the stay will be refunded, since it will be checked that everything is in order
- You can cancel or change the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival.
- The credit card provided will be pre-approved to ensure its validity and will be charged for the full cost of the reservation 14 days before the day of arrival.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 14 days before the day of arrival), no-show or early departure, the total cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
- It is forbidden to hold parties and it is forbidden to bring any guests into the apartment who are not related to the reservation.
- Any person staying at the property is the sole responsibility of the main guest signing this form.
- hotel hi-yam is not responsible for any accidents/injuries or illnesses that occur at the place and its facilities.
- The guest undertakes to pay any damage caused to the apartment or the contents of the apartment or in case of violation of procedures.
